You pay only for the sales you record

There is no monthly fee you have to fit inside. Either you top up credit and it is drawn down a koruna per sale, or you pay for a year and need not count anything. For somebody who records only occasionally the first option is substantially cheaper, and we say so up front.

You can buy credit now, here on the website or in the app. Credit bought this year is valid until 1 January 2029: we count its two years from the start of EET 2.0. Subscriptions launch in December 2026: December is free and payment starts in January 2027. The first five sales are free, so you can start right away. You only start paying after that.

The first five sales with everything included, no card and no sign-up. This is a one-off, not monthly, and it is counted per certificate and device, so you do need a certificate. Sales in the Financial Administration test environment (known as the Playground) count towards those five as well, because the app handles them exactly like live ones, receipts and e-mails included. Without a certificate the app runs in demo mode: those sales are not sent anywhere, which is why it is free and unlimited.

One koruna per recorded sale: one credit costs one koruna and pays for one sale. The smallest top-up is 100 Kč, which is a hundred credits — at ten receipts a month that lasts nearly a year. Credit is valid for 24 months, so a seasonal break costs nothing.

No limit on the number of sales, including e-mailing receipts, where you can see whether they arrived. Yearly works out better value, and a single invoice goes in your books.

December is free — you start paying only in January 2027. Until then you record from credit.

Prices are final and include VAT. The tax receipt arrives by e-mail.

A bundle above 100 includes bonus credits. They record a sale exactly like paid ones; they just cannot buy a subscription.

The prices above apply when you buy on this website. You can also buy credit and subscriptions right in the app, but Apple and Google take a share of every payment, so it costs about 35% more there. On the web you also get a Czech tax document with an IČO and a DIČ; for an in-app purchase Apple or Google is the seller and the receipt is theirs.

You can combine credit and a subscription

You can have both on one account at the same time. While a subscription is running nothing comes off your credit; once it ends, sales are paid from credit again and nothing gets blocked. Your credit stays on the account meanwhile, though its usual 24-month validity still applies.

From roughly 66 sales a month the subscription is cheaper than credit. Below that it does not pay off, so do not buy it.

Buying your way out can cost more than recording

The act offers a way of opting out of recording, commonly called EET OFF. You will not find that name in the act; the newspapers use it for § 11(3) of the sales recording act together with § 2b and § 38lk of the income tax act. You buy the relief with a surcharge of 1 400 Kč a month on the flat tax, 16 800 Kč a year more. Recording with Eetuj costs 790 Kč a year with a subscription, or 360 Kč a year on credit at thirty sales a month.

For a team

An employee signs in with their own account and their sales are recorded to your account. Each extra till (device) needs a paid place, not a second subscription: sales from every device are paid by the owner account — from credit or from the subscription, whichever is active. An active subscription includes two extra tills free of charge, and they end with it; you pay only for the third and each one after that. Purchased tills share one expiry date and every purchase extends it by the time bought.
