Out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes

If a dispute between us and a consumer cannot be settled by agreement, the consumer may file a request for out-of-court settlement of the consumer dispute with the Czech Trade Inspection Authority. The request may be filed within one year of the day the consumer first raised the claim with us. Businesses buying under a company ID are not consumers.
