EET for a stall — even if you sell a few weekends a year

A farmers market, a fair, a festival, a seasonal hatch. You sell a few days a month, the signal on the village green is what it is, and a till would not even fit in the stall. Eetuj runs on the phone, records sales without a connection, and costs you nothing out of season.

No spam. One click in any e-mail unsubscribes you.

Will you have to record?

What decides is how you are paid, not your trade or your turnover: anybody who takes money in person will probably be recording from 2027. Anybody who invoices and is paid only by transfer does not have to record. Our guide settles it in a minute.

Find out whether I must record

What Eetuj looks like in practice

You load a certificate from DIS+ once. Then on every payment taken in person you tap Record: seven fields go out, a POK comes back, and the receipt can be printed or e-mailed. Without signal the sale is stored and sends itself as soon as the phone reconnects.

How it works, step by step

The price list for EET for markets and stalls is ready in the app

You do not have to start with an empty list. Pick your trade and Eetuj loads the items it is usually charged for, with indicative prices. Adjusting the prices to your own takes a few minutes, and you can charge straight away.

Selling at a market takes many forms, so under “Markets and stalls” in the app you also pick what you sell: alongside the general fair list (mulled wine, lángos, chimney cake, goods at 50–200 CZK) there are 16 farmers’ market assortments, each with 22 to 29 items including less usual ones (Jerusalem artichokes, kiwi berries, quail eggs, kombucha, microgreens). Prices are indicative as of 23 September 2026 and are based on farmers’ markets and farms in 2024–2026; some items are estimates:

  • Vegetables
  • Fruit and berries
  • Meat and charcuterie
  • Cheese, dairy and eggs
  • Bakery and pastry
  • Honey and bee products
  • Fish
  • Game and rare breeds
  • Mushrooms, herbs and microgreens
  • Fermented and health foods
  • Juices, syrups and lemonades
  • Wine, beer and spirits
  • Preserves, oils, flours and spices
  • Seedlings and flowers
  • Natural cosmetics and crafts
  • Street food at the market

The prices in the sample price lists are indicative — they come from public Czech price lists, and the app shows when we looked them up. You charge your prices, not ours.

What it costs

One koruna per sale, or a yearly subscription with unlimited sales. The first five sales are free, no card and no sign-up. A few receipts a month and credit is enough; if you issue more, the subscription pays off.

What people ask

Do I have to record if I only sell seasonally?

The act does not distinguish how often you sell, but how the customer pays. Cash taken at a stall is a contact payment, so you will probably be recording even if you sell only a few weekends a year. There is no monetary threshold in the act.

There is rarely signal at a market. Will it cope?

Yes. The sale goes into a queue and sends itself as soon as the phone finds a connection. The act allows 48 hours from the moment of the sale and the app watches the deadline.

I sell my own vegetables from the garden. Does it apply to me?

Yes. The exemption for direct sales of your own farm produce at the place of production, proposed by the Senate, did not make it into the act. Cash or card at the stall is a contact payment, so you record.
