With every printer you get a code for 100 credits in Eetuj by e-mail. Redeem it any time after signing in on the website, for example right when you buy credit.
What you will need an account for
You can buy the printer without an account, and you can print from Eetuj without one too, just as you can record your first five sales. You will need an account to buy credit and to redeem the credit code that comes with the printer. If you create one right away, you will also see your paid orders in it.

Delivery and payment
We ship with Packeta (Zásilkovna) within Czechia and Slovakia. The delivery price includes packing. Payment is made in advance by card or bank transfer through the Comgate payment gateway; we do not ship cash on delivery.
We usually ship within 2 working days of payment. We will e-mail you the parcel number.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need the Eetuj app for the printer?
Yes. The printer prints receipts from the Eetuj app, and you cannot print to it from a phone without the app. You do not need an account to print; you will only need one to buy credit and to redeem the credit code.
Will it work with my iPhone?
Yes. This printer also has Bluetooth LE, which is how an iPhone connects to it. Do not pair it in the iPhone settings; Eetuj connects to it by itself.
How do I redeem the credit code?
Sign in on the website, open Account and enter the code under Discounts. You can also enter it in the order summary when buying credit.
What if the printer does not work?
Write to us using the complaint form. If you bought as a consumer (for yourself, not on a company IČO), you can also withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. The law gives no such right to a purchase on an IČO.
