What Eetuj offers the office

Clients' sales and documents
Every client who invites you appears in your list. You see their sales and documents for any period. Access is read-only, so you change nothing, and you do not take up a place for an extra till on the client’s account.

Export to your software
POHODA (which iDoklad can also import), Money S3, ABRA Flexi, ISDOC and plain CSV. All documents for a whole period can be downloaded at once in a single ZIP file.

EET certificate for a client
Upload a certificate for your client (the .p12 file with its password). The client just accepts it in the app and it downloads to their phone by itself, with no file to transfer and no password to type. You cannot download it yourself any more; you only see its status.

Verified office
We check your company ID in the ARES register and approve the office by hand. When you upload a certificate for a client, they see your verified registered name next to it, so they know who it came from before they accept it.
How to start

Register the office
E-mail, password and company ID. We fill in the name and address from the ARES register.

Wait for approval
We review the request by hand. You get the result by e-mail.

Clients invite you
A client invites you by e-mail from their Eetuj account. Once you accept, they appear on your Clients page.

Upload certificates
For clients without a certificate on their phone, upload it from the Clients page. The client gets an e-mail and accepts the certificate in the app.
What it costs
The office pays nothing. Access to clients’ data and uploading certificates are free. Each client pays for recording sales under their own plan.
How we protect clients' certificates
The certificate is stored encrypted. It reaches a phone only once the client accepts it and has signed in to the app within the last 10 minutes; otherwise the client confirms the download with a code from their e-mail. The client gets an e-mail about every download. The office cannot download it any more. If the client does not accept it within 30 days, it is deleted.
Frequently asked questions
Does the client need the Eetuj app?
Yes. The client records sales in the Eetuj app on their phone. You see what they recorded in it.
Can I change anything in the client's data?
No. An accountant has read-only access. The client can remove it at any time.
What if the client does not accept the certificate?
The client has 30 days to accept it. After that the certificate is deleted and you can upload it again.
Do I need a new account for this?
A regular Eetuj account is enough. When you register the office, you just add your company ID and request verification. If you already have an account, sign in and add the company ID on the Clients page.
